CCC provides specific advice on how to mitigate the risk of being 'cancelled' within internal and external communications and behaviours. Services include:
Internal Capacity Building
- Reviews and audits of diversity and inclusion policies and programs, including alignment of policy and behaviour
- Tailored educative workshops on how to authentically be inclusive and equitable
- Actionable advice on specific organisational issues of concern, from systematic processes and procedures to ad hoc issues, e.g. internal approach to acknowledgement of country, through to appropriate conversations about mental health.
External Reputation Management
- Reviewing external media and communications (social media, website, blogs, videos etc.) to identify potential backlash and provide recommendations to correct it. This includes source checking facts, use of appropriate language, background reviews of proposed influencers as well as researching and communicating relevant aspects of the current zeitgeist.
- Development of external copy, especially on 'tricky' topics, such as Australia Day, or supporting LGBTIQA+ communities, where nuance and knowledge is essential
- Risk assessment and preparation workshops - purpose built sessions to develop a “What If” approach and recommended solutions for potential PR issues
